1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email.
Cancellations are subject to review based on the stage of service completion.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions: The service has not yet been initiated.

No government fees, third‑party charges, or processing costs have been incurred.

Refund requests are submitted within the allowable timeframe stated in the service agreement.

Once government fees are paid or applications are submitted, no refund is possible.

3. Non‑Refundable Items
The following are strictly non‑refundable:

Government fees (immigration, licensing, approvals, attestations, etc.)

Third‑party charges (typing centers, courier, legal translation, etc.)

Services already completed or partially completed

Urgent or express service requests

4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
